Christina Nichols joined the Canadian
Council of Archives (CCA) as Executive Director over twenty years ago. She is a
seasoned professional in not-for-profit and charitable organization management, with extensive experience in
business development, strategic planning, financial services, financial management, and communications. Christina's vast experience also includes development and
implementation of national standards, evaluation of labour force requirements,
establishment of membership structures, development of education, e-learning
and professional certification programs, fundraising, database development and
experience as a finance officer for several other national higher
education organizations. Christina holds a Certified
Association Executive (CAE) designation and a graduate Diploma of Association
Management from the Canadian Society of
Association Executives. She is a Fellow
of the Institute of Canadian Bankers (FICB) and has completed an MBA,
specializing in financial services and small/medium enterprise studies, from
l’Université du Québec à Montréal. A dedicated volunteer, Christina also shares
her expertise with committees and boards at both the national and community
levels.
