Complaint Process
Your complaint will be reviewed and assessed. The defendant will be contacted for further information and exploration. If it is determined there has not been a breach of the CICEA Code of Conduct, you will be informed with explanation and no further action will be taken unless an appeal is brought forward with additional information. If it is determined there has been a breach of the
CICEA Code of Conduct, the case will be forwarded to the Disciplinary Committee for further action including but not limited to reprimand, suspension or lifetime expulsion from the institute.
