I am a retired legal assistant.  For the last 15 years of my career, I focused mainly on Wills and Estates.  I help others with estate questions or even Will questions.  As well, I have been the exectrix of approximately 7 estates.  I have also walked other executors through the estate process in several estates, including bank appointments, lawyers’ appointments, etc.  

Other than normal executor’s fees, I do not charge for my services.

I feel accreditations in this are would be extremely helpful.

Kim is a seasoned advisor with 18 years of experience helping seniors and pre-retirement clients structure income solutions for their most satisfying years.  Kim's core values are based around honesty and integrity, and are the basis for all of her relationships with her clients.  She believes financial planning goes far beyond the numbers.  She believes it is the journey and the execution of the plan as it pertains to personal circumstances that makes the plan fulfilling and effective.  In the ever changing complex world of investing, Kim helps guide her clients through a planning process to ensure that her clients act on their ultimate wishes.

Kim lives in Bolton with her husband and 3 daughters.  She is a community advocate and is a proud member of the local chamber and is a past Chair.    

Kim is a registered Elder Planning Counselor (EPC), Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS), is Life Licensed and an Investment Representative, and a securities licensed Financial Advisor. 

I have been in Life Insurance and Investment planning business for families that require good understanding of the importance of planning for the future life after work and transfer assets accumulated during their lifetime to their spouse and children with minimum tax impact.
