For the past 35 years I have been working with people in the GTA and surrounding areas that need financial guidance. My specialty is in Insurance, retirement and estate planning. 

Shelly Smee is a seasoned professional with over 28 years servicing clients in the Lower Mainland.  With her team The Integrity Real Estate Group, she manages 50+ transactions a year with a focus on Estate Sales, downsizing and working with investors.  She is a well respected member of her community and serves on the Professional Conduct Committee of the Greater Vancouver Realtors.  From 2016-2023 Shelly also helped grow Oakwyn Realty from 50 agent to over 600 agents across BC, as facilitator of Oakwyn's Proprietary Post Licensing course, training over 350 new agents and overseeing the HQ branch Regulatory Compliance as Managing Broker.  In Fall 2023, Ms. Smee retired from her Managing Broker role to be full-time back doing what she loves best, servicing her clients. I am a semi-retired Private Investigator on sabbatical currently volunteering at my local hospital.I have served as a para-director at my local funeral home, and am excited to serve the recently bereaved as an Executor Advisor.
