After having worked in the new construction area for several years as an In House Sales Representative and Design Centre Assistant I became a Licensed Realtor in 2007.  Ongoing education and experience is as essential to my business as referrals.  Designations I have achieved include Broker, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and SRES ( Seniors Real Estate Specialist).  I look forward to utilizing my background and resources to assist people with their real estate goals.

Candace has been actively involved in financial planning since 2014. She holds a Financial Planning diploma from the Canadian Institute of Financial Planning, is a Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC®), and earned her Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation through FP Canada.

At Stark & Marsh, Candace collaborates with clients to develop comprehensive financial plans that address financial, insurance, retirement, and estate planning needs. She works closely with the firm’s accounting and tax advisors to ensure that all aspects of a client’s financial picture, including tax implications, are fully considered.

Through a referral agreement with Stark & Marsh Wealth Management, Candace connects clients interested in investments to TriCert Investment Counsel Inc. This partnership provides clients with direct access to a team of portfolio managers who tailor investment strategies to their specific needs. By integrating the expertise of accountants, financial planners, and investment advisors, Candace ensures clients receive a holistic and customized approach to their financial planning.

Candace relocated to Saskatchewan in 1992 to grain farm and continues to assist her son with the financial operations of the family business. In addition, she and her husband Ivan own and operate MicroAge in Swift Current, a business they purchased in 2010. As a fellow business owner, Candace understands the challenges and regulatory requirements business owners face.

An active member of the community, Candace served on the board of Special Olympics (2021–2023) and was the Chairperson for the Swift Current Chamber of Commerce in 2016.
