the reason I am pursuing this designation is I have come to realize that this is an area that my clients increasingly need guidance and I need to upgrade my knowledge and skills to better advise and guide them through the challenges of being an executor. 

As Partner at Sage Sfera, I help executors,

administration. As a CEA with an Executive Certificate in Conflict Management
(Windsor Law) and a B.A.Sc. in Chemical Engineering (U of T), I pair structured
problem-solving with an insightful, supportive approach—helping executors and

and confidence.

Passages Law services clients primarily in the estates area, which include probates, re-sealings of foreign jurisdiction probates, and estate litigation; we also do basic corporate work and real estate transactions.

I have practiced as Notary Public in British Columbia since May
2012 after graduating from the Master's Program in Applied Legal Studies at Simon Fraser
University. I specialize in real estate conveyancing,
mortgages, drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney and Representation Agreements. I am fluent in English,
Russian and German.

I am currently the Manager of Finance at Providence Care Centre in Kingston and have been with the organization for 22 years.  Looking to retire in 5-6 years and would like something to keep me occupied.  A friend of mine, a financial advisor, recommended this course to me.

I own a crematorium and it has been open for over 20 years and prior to that, I owned a funeral home.  I maintain my funeral directors license.
