Greg is President of Cornwall Financial Partners in Oakville.
We bring together a team of highly qualified advisors and planners in the areas of Wealth Management, Financial and Retirement Planning, Tax and Estate Planning, Employee Benefits and Group Pension.
Our roots go back to 1957 and we are proud to have grandchildren of original clients as clients.
Our Legacy Program is suited for individuals who have established their wealth and they are looking for tax efficient strategies, stewardship and guidance for their financial management as well as estate transition.
As well as being a full service real estate professional, I am a Lifestyle 55+ Master and Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®). These are advanced designations that promote a higher standard in working with seniors and their families, signifying an individual with longevity in the real estate profession, commitment to professional development and strong business ethics. Utilizing my network of exceptional specialists, I work with Seniors’ and their families through every stage of later-in-life real estate transactions, helping them navigate the maze of financial, legal and emotional issues that accompany the sale of a home and relocation to the home of their future or with estate trustees for the disposition of real estate. The key to my success is patience and understanding plus knowing what questions to ask and what to consider so that my clients can make the best possible decision and plans.
Since 1956, Gordon’s has worked closely with professionals like you to solve the daunting challenge of downsizing and estate settlement for mutual clients.
Our role is to streamline the estate settlement and downsizing process for professionals and their clients as it relates to the real estate and personal property (to whatever degree our clients wish). Gordon’s replaces the need for the client and supporting professionals to source and manage a: property manager, realtor, appraiser, personal property seller, mover, shipper, and other contractors likely to be involved in the process to maintain, repair, and/or clean up the property.
In addition, Gordon’s interim funds all the expenses related to the activities under our care, until the client has the proceeds from the real estate sale, thereby alleviating cashflow requirements.
The market real estate commission covers the project planning and management in addition to the real estate sale. Other direct costs are charged with no markup.
We get paid when the client gets paid.
