Moving is a major undertaking, especially later in life as your priorities change. The emotional rollercoaster of relocating can seem impossible to navigate. With all the complexities and financial considerations, it can be quite overwhelming. As a Master Accredited Senior Agent (M-ASA), I am here to help. I will listen to your specific needs and concerns with empathy and respect. Together, we will comfortably navigate through this next chapter in your life.
With over 20 years in the financial services industry, I have been actively engaged in fostering strong client relationships while helping clients, and their families, achieve their personal financial goals.
My name is Paul Peios, I'm a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER. I hold the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®), Certified Executor (CEA®), and Certified Financial Planner, (CFP®) designations.
Our family is proud to be raising four beautiful daughters in Vaughan, a city just north of Toronto. Food is a passion of ours, we love expressing our culinary skills. I'm an aspiring grill master, enjoy golfing, espresso, winery/museum tours, and family adventures.
Professionally, I believe in taking a holistic approach to financial well-being, this considers family dynamics and the complexities of interdependent financial goals. Focusing on the person and their family is what we call human-centred complete wealth strategies.
I provide a personal approach to:
• Investments, RRSP, RRIF, TFSA, RESP, RDSP
• Trusts & corporate accounts
• Inheritance/succession strategies
• Insurance & protection planning
• Planning for & living in retirement
• Intergenerational, estate, & legacy considerations
• Individual Pension Plans (IPPs) & other business owner considerations
I am a lawyer practicing 20 years in general practice but with a strong focus on wills, estates, and estate administration. My team and I obtain grants of probate and manage all aspects of many estates every year.
My decision to become a financial advisor was shaped by both personal experience and a desire to serve families in a meaningful way. An unexpected life event early in my life reinforced the importance of preparing for the unforeseen. That experience continues to guide how I work with clients today — by listening carefully, understanding what matters most to them, and building thoughtful strategies designed to support their long-term goals.
Before joining Edward Jones, I spent seven years as an advisor with Sun Life Financial. I bring over a decade of experience in financial services to my practice. At Edward Jones, we focus on developing deep, long-term relationships and providing personalized strategies based on each client’s unique circumstances.
As a Financial Advisor and Financial Planner, I hold the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification, Certified Executor Advisor (CEA®), Elder Planning Counselor (EPC™), Chartered Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA®), and Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS®) designations, which support the guidance I provide in areas such as:
Retirement income planning
Estate and legacy considerations
Intergenerational wealth transfer strategies
Divorce financial planning support
Aging and later-life planning
Tax-efficient investment strategies
Risk management and insurance planning
My goal is to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and straightforward manner so clients feel confident and informed when making decisions about their future.
I was born in Russia, raised in Germany, and moved to Canada in 2009. I proudly became a Canadian citizen in 2019 and now call this country home. I speak Russian and German and hold a Latin degree. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors — hunting, fishing, hiking, and staying active. I believe maintaining your health is just as important as building and protecting your wealth.
Community involvement has always been important to me. I previously volunteered with the Rotary Club and serve on the local museum board. I currently also serve with the Denare Beach Volunteer Fire Department, supporting the safety and well-being of our community.
I believe financial strategies should be personalized — reflecting your values, priorities, and long-term objectives — rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
At Safety Bay Financial we create personalized plans to help individuals and families secure their financial safety through all stages of their lives.
With over 15 years experience in helping clients create, protect and preserve wealth I have found that no two situations are the same.
Through open conversation we are able to work with clients to determine what is really important to them. Allowing our clients the opportunity to make the most informed decisions about the arrangement of their overall assets.
