And open various registered accounts RRSP / TFSA / RESP for guests, and provide suggestions on the selection of segregated funds. I am good at retirement planning and intergenerational inheritance. I can speak fluent Mandarin and help the Chinese community.

In February 2023, Darlene Tremblett became the Legal Administrative Advisor at NLCU, the largest credit union in Newfoundland and Labrador providing banking, wealth management, and insurance services to individuals and businesses. In this role, Darlene is responsible for the administration of wills, estates, small claims’ files, and commercial credit communications, providing expert advice and support to branch and commercial credit teams. An Honours graduate in Paralegal Studies at Academy Canada, she has a broad understanding of governing legislation and regulatory requirements related to wills, estates, and loans, and in-depth knowledge of NLCU policies and procedures. In addition, Darlene has undergone training in Anti-Corruption Law, Legal Compliance, Controls Frameworks, Cybersecurity Awareness, Emergency Response Preparedness, Data Analytics, Management and Protection of Information, Records Management Guidelines, Release of Information, and Version Control. She completed LEAN and Quality Standards training for Manufacturing/Service Industry and a certificate in OHS Committee Training.

Gina Trinidad has worked in healthcare for twenty-five years from the front-lines to executive leadership, overseeing large-scale multi-million-dollar operations. A Masters prepared Registered Nurse by profession, Gina has deep experience in the health care system and the continuum of care, particularly with accessing appropriate housing options for seniors and those with disabilities. Her services include health system navigation, counselling, advocacy, and client care management. She also holds a Legal Nurse Consultant Certificate, Graduate Certificate in Health Systems Leadership from the Royal Roads University and has successfully completed the Certified Executor Advisor certification. Gina has expertise in the following health care specialties: health system navigation, community health services, long term care, case management, primary care, mental health, public health, seniors and housing, disabilities, and correctional nursing services.

I have been a Toronto-based real estate broker, in full-time practice, for the past four decades, since 1986.

Now, in 2026, I am shifting my focus to consulting and coordinating referral real estate business. I feel that adding the CEA designation to my role will bring benefits to existing and new clients alike.

Many of the professions executors will turn to in the course of their duties, are in the same areas of expertise I practiced in throughout my real estate career, so the terrain is familiar to me. I have seen, firsthand, that there is a need for this kind of advisory service. I am detail oriented by nature and this will serve me well as an executor advisor.

Member since 2005. He is the founder and CEO of Highland Appraisals Inc., a
real estate appraisal firm serving Fraser Valley and the Lower Mainland.
Highland Appraisals provides services to major financial institutions and
credit unions in Canada including the big five banks, Credit Unions, and Law
Firms. Having experience in appraising multitude of properties over the course
of his career, Jag has seen a variety of different circumstances with differing
markets conditions. Jag decided to further his knowledge by acquiring CEA
designation to better service his clients while expanding his horizon in the
industry.
