Dwayne is the Associate Vice President of Life and Health insurance for the Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) and Founder and Principal of the CAA Club Group Advisory Services which provides integrated insurance, financial and estate planning strategies for Canadians. His career includes senior management positions with national insurance companies, where he developed innovative product and business strategies, facilitated local and national affinity partnerships, participated in the creation of a national travel insurance company and the creation of an integrated distribution network focused on access, advice and solutions for all Canadians.

Dwayne is a Licensed insurance advisor, Schulich School of Business Graduate, Chartered Insurance Operations Professional and Fellow of the Society of Insurance Leaders.  He is licensed to conduct business in Ontario, Manitoba, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and all Territories.

In addition to CICEA, Dwayne is a member of Advocis (the Financial Advisors Association of Canada), and a Trustee at the Toronto Grace Health Centre - a ministry of the Salvation Army

Dwayne has over 20 years of experience in financial management, development and distribution with a focus on life, health and travel insurance.  A firm belief in the education and empowerment of Canadians, Dwayne is dedicated to creating financial freedoms, control and confidence for all.

I started as a London Life sales representative in November 1997.  I was promoted to the Sales Manager role in 1999 then took up various director roles from 2000 - 2015.  I was appointed as Regional Manager in 2015 and was further promoted to the Managing Director role in 2017 managing three financial centres with about 180 advisors.  I started my own firm in mid 2023 after stepping down from my management role at Canada Life.  I have the EPC, CHS and CFP designations with a Hon. B.Sc. degree major in Financial Services from the University of Manchester, Institute of Science & Technology.

Licensed since 1986 after graduating from UBC - Bachelor of Commerce degree (Urban Land Economics). He is the President , Director of RE Institute of Canada BC Chapter and Past Director of  National Board FRI  CERE and past Director and Governor of Real Estate Institute of BC.  RI(BC). He is also a Member of the Commercial Division of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and a member of the Quarter Century Club.

He also obtained his Cert in Property Management and Cert. in Social Housing Management.

He is also a Cert (CIH) Chartered Institute of Housing.

Currently he is the Managing Broker for 310 salesmen.
