Member since 2005. He is the founder and CEO of Highland Appraisals Inc., a
real estate appraisal firm serving Fraser Valley and the Lower Mainland.
Highland Appraisals provides services to major financial institutions and
credit unions in Canada including the big five banks, Credit Unions, and Law
Firms. Having experience in appraising multitude of properties over the course
of his career, Jag has seen a variety of different circumstances with differing
markets conditions. Jag decided to further his knowledge by acquiring CEA
designation to better service his clients while expanding his horizon in the
industry.

Being intentional helps us: make choices to reflect what is important to us; to focus our actions to align with our most important goals; to be present; to provide clarity. It also helps us say no to many things so we can focus on the one or two things that will really move the dial!

A bit about me, I live locally with my husband Mac. We have three adult children all living in the USA. Avid runners and fitness enthusiasts, we also love to travel and entertain. Financial fitness is also very important to me. I am invested in following the same advice I offer my clients. Sharing with charities is a priority as well, this is why I commit to giving back a percentage of my income monthly.

Being a limited partner with Edward Jones means that I have a vested interest in the success of our clients as that ultimately reflects on the success of the company.

 am happy to be serving the communities of Perth, Carleton Place and the Ottawa area as a financial advisor with Edward Jones. When my career with Edward Jones started, it evolved over time with different roles, but I am happy that my journey brought me to taking a role as a financial advisor. Edward Jones has a very unique business model. Our Perth office of two Financial Advisors, my husband John and myself, and two Client Experience Specialists gives us the opportunity to have a very personalized approach. Edward Jones started doing personalized business this way over 25 years ago in Canada and has not strayed from this business model in all these years. It is very important to our office team because we value getting to know people.

I take my time to understand what your individual goals and needs are. I partner with my clients for life, including the ups and the downs. My clients know that I am always here for them, even in the most difficult times. It is also important to understand the level of risk that different individuals are comfortable accepting when investing so we can balance that with the steps necessary to reach your long-term goals and needs.

When I am not assisting our clients with their financial needs, I am busy raising my beautiful daughters, Anastacia and Nikole. John, the girls and myself are a very busy family, living in Lanark on a small hobby farm. As a family we love spending time together, travelling and taking care of our small alpaca herd, Maremma sheepdogs, goats and other farm animals. It is a new adventure for us and we are very excited to be able to be part of such a beautiful community.

I go home every night to my family knowing that I have really been able to take care of my clients.

Stephen grew up surrounded by a business minded family who taught him the value of working hard and completing the job. He has brought those same values into both the private and public sector. After having  10+ years of experience with managing and developing departments he began studying and preparing to step into wealth management. In 2020 he joined the Bridgeline Wealth team and has found quick success for his clients.

Barry is a chartered accountant working with Owens MacFadyen Group (OMG) which is an independent wealth management firm. OMG specializes in working with high net worth, high income clients who want to see their goals integrated with the financial strategies and products they employ. Barry's role is to work the client's advisors in dealing with their tax and estate planning issues.
