Transitioning seniors, assisting with the entire process of   getting their home ready for sale, downsize, declutter, plan, pack, move, unpack and complete set up.  Turnkey moving for our clients from the family home right to the new condo or Retirement Community the same day.  We Take care of all the details from beginning to end  We return to the family home to manage remaining assets and ensure it’s ready for closing.

Full estate clean-outs which includes providing an inventory of the home, follow Executor’s instructions with regard to selling, donating, packing up items for family and ensure the home is emptied in a dignified and organized manner.  Ensure all documentation and personal items are organized, packed and available for the Executor.  Assist Executor with forms, procedures and whatever else can be completed to close the estate in a timely manner..

Offering Executor Services for those without family close by, or no family or wishing a 3rd party to handle their estate. 

Sarah grew up in Durham and has lived in the Whitby area
since 2001. Sarah is the principle lawyer at Jenkins, Newman & Shipley Law in
Whitby. 

Sarah’s practice is restricted to advising and representing

litigation, trust administration, passing of accounts applications, guardianship,
preparation of Wills & Powers of Attorney, and ‘probate’.

I run an Edward Jones branch on the West end of Brampton, servicing professionals and families with investments and their financial plans.  The value of face to face interactions has never been so paramount in this industry, so my office doors are always open and I welcome an introduction.   

I work for TD Private Wealth Management. As a Wealth Advisor, I represent three main buckets: 1. Private Banking 2. Investment Management 3. Private Trust. As a Wealth Advisor, I regular meet new clients, plus go through a re-discovery with existing clients to better understand their wealth requirements. Being able to have a conversation in regards to estates/trusts/Wills is important, that would lead to referrals to my Private Trust team.
