My work in a family-owned funeral home — combined with my MBBA training in bereavement-sector management — gives me a well-rounded understanding of both the care-focused and administrative sides of the profession. This blend allows me to guide executors and families through complex decisions with clarity, calm, and confidence.

In my day-to-day role, I support at-need and pre-need families, assist with documentation and coordination, and help ensure seamless preparation, transfer, and service workflows.
