Gordon's is an integrated real estate and transition company, specializing in customers who are settling an estate or downsizing. 

I am a comprehensive Financial Planner and a Divorce Specialist as well as a CLU (estate Planner).  I provide advice for a fee.  In additional I hold a license with the MFDA and the Insurance Council and sell products when I am engaged to do so and when they are appropriate. When i work with long term clients I manage assets and ensure they are properly insured based on their goals. When our clients die we help guide their executors in settling our client's estate.

I work with individuals and families in Milton, the Halton Region, and the surrounding GTA who are experiencing a significant financial transition that results in sudden wealth — such as an inheritance, property-sale, downsizing, pension pay-out, business exit, divorce, or a settlement.

Many of the individuals and families I work with have questions about how to invest a lump sum safely, minimize taxes, and build safe and reliable retirement income.

Rather than jumping into investment products, we begin by building a comprehensive, written financial plan. Together we map out your retirement income, tax-smart account structure, risk protection and wealth transfer strategy. Only once you’re clear and comfortable do we move to the investment stage.

Through Edward Jones’ in-house Client Consultation Group, you also have access to tax and estate-planning resources at no extra cost. You gain access to specialist support typically reserved for high-net-worth clients.

I meet with clients regularly each year through a consistent, structured review process, and we remain available during key life changes or market shifts.

I hold the CFP® designation and operate on a planning-first, no-pressure basis, so you can feel confident that advice is anchored to your goals — not products or commissions.

Outside the office, my family and I are proud to part of the Milton and Halton Region community. I support the Community Foundation of Halton North having previously served as a board member and chair of the investment committee, and continue to serve on two committees as a member. I also enjoy auto sports - particularly F1 and Radical racing in Ontario - and maintaining an active lifestyle. I live in Milton with my wife, Ami, and our son, Dean.
