I am a freelance Paralegal with over 26 years experience.  I have a passion for guiding families and friends when a loved one has passed.   My goal is to ease the burden and help executors navigate their way through the administration process.   I offer impartial, focused, communicative guidance and support to executors including hands on preparation of applications needed to administer any estate.   I also have a network of professionals that I can call upon in the event complex matters arise.    

Heir locating is my specialty and I have assisted executors find heirs across the globe.  

Additionally, I am passionate about pre-planning and feel estate planning should be accessible and affordable therefore I have co-created "Make Your Own Wills".  A website offering a plethora of estate planning guidance and the ability for the user to make their own estate planning documents utilizing a simple questionnaire.  

I am also a Commissioner for Oaths.  

I help individuals, families and business owners with holistic financial planning. I teach various ways to build their investment portfolios, protect their life and assets so that they can be closer to achieving their financial goals.

I am a comprehensive Financial Planner and a Divorce Specialist as well as a CLU (estate Planner).  I provide advice for a fee.  In additional I hold a license with the MFDA and the Insurance Council and sell products when I am engaged to do so and when they are appropriate. When i work with long term clients I manage assets and ensure they are properly insured based on their goals. When our clients die we help guide their executors in settling our client's estate.

Rob is a graduate of Ivey Business and Western Law, and is a CFP, CIM, EA (Enrolled Agent, enrolled to practice before the IRS).Rob has completed the CICA in-depth Tax Course, is a founding member of the London Tax Study Group for Lawyers and CA's and is on the board of the Entrepreneurial CPAs of London.
