My passion to help people protect their finances is what drove me to become a financial advisor! From an early age I sought opportunities to help others, through volunteering and work. My interest in finances took me on a journey working in banking, life insurance, health and out-of-country medical coverage, and to being a financial advisor.
I take pride in keeping my practice up to date in an ever-changing industry, including learning what government programs, employee benefit programs, pension benefits and other new opportunities are available. Membership in the Canadian Institute of Certified Executive Advisors helps keep me up to date on issues concerning executors of wills and estates.

During my personal time, I enjoy reading and making crafts such greeting cards, scrapbooks, and wood projects. I love spending time with our grandchildren. My husband, Norm, and I also like to travel and walk on beaches we discover. And whenever possible, I volunteer, do charity work, and help with local schools.
Estate planning and compliance has become a significant amount of the work I prepare. Being a manager at Avail LLP I have had the opportunity to learn and grow within our estate group.
