I graduated from Humber College Funeral Services Education and qualified for my Funeral Directors license in 1988. I worked in Toronto until 1994 when I married and relocated to a small town where funeral director positions were few and far between. I was introduced to Primerica in 2003 and attended an open house. The information I heard that night resonated within me. I needed to learn about money so I could help people like myself who needed this information. I passed my LLQP and was life licensed in 2004. That I was able to really help people financially through education was the best feeling in the world. In 2008 I was diagnosed with PTSD and was unable to cope working with new clients, so took a job in manufacturing. I first learned of the CEA program when I had a capsule course for my funeral service continuing education in 2021. Again; the knowledge I learned during that 2 hours resonated within me. I needed to learn this. I am finally comfortable with my abilities to rejoin the service industry and feel being a CEA is certainly a step in the right direction

Located about 40 minutes from Windsor, Ontario and accross the RIver from Detroit and about 4 hour Drive from Toronto, it was a Great Place to Grow Up along the Shores of Lake Erie.

- Manufactured and Modular Home EXPERT. In 2018 I achieved Medallion Status and was One of the TOP 10% of Producing Realtors in the Fraser Valley. My niche Market was resale of Manufactured Homes in Parks in the Fraser Valley
- Fast Foreward to 2020 and I have SOLD my 1st Manufactured Home Park about 20 Homes and 55 Acres in the Town of Lytton. Yes LYTTON. The town that Burnt tot he Ground a Year Later. The Manufactured Home Park made it through the Fire and subsequent landslide season with Minor Issues. BUT we wow the things we Learned working in the Mountains.
- 2025 - Man Alive ... We MADE IT! I am NOW working at EXP Realty with the FORTUNE Real EStatet TEAM (Leader Deepak Kumar) in Downtown Langley. I am still a FULL Service Realtor, and SO MUCH MORE! We have some small developments around the Fraser Valley. and a Full 34 Lots Sub-Division just North of Vernon, in a small Farming Community called Enderby.
