Her focus is to  communicate topics relating to wealth accumulation and risk management in clear and simple language for all ages.

Randall is a senior lawyer with Waterbury Newton and has been with our firm since 1989. Randall’s experience, knowledge and achievements have contributed to his ongoing success as a lawyer who provides outstanding legal services to his clients.

I am very privileged to introduce myself to you. My name is
Luxmihaasan Rasappah, and people like to call me “Lucky”. I have more than 20
years of experience in the financial industry. I
have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law from Carleton University since 2000. I

I have been named Executor for estates totalling over $15M.  I have settled estates in Canada and the US which involved selling property, liquidating assets and dealing with financial/investment accounts on both sides of the border while managing beneficiaries in over 10 different countries. I have recently launched a business, Estate Consulting www.estateconsulting.ca and Executor Help www.executorhelp.ca  to assist people named as Executor with the entire process of the estate administration.  I have worked in the financial services industry including brokerage, fixed income sales and trading and investment counsel for over 30 years.  I have an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University Of Michigan in Ann Arbor.  Since I have handled complicated estates I understand the financial issues as well as the time consuming nature of estate administration and would like to assist Executors with this important task.

Carl Rumanek is the founder and president of Rumanek & Company Ltd. In 1967 Carl became a Chartered Accountant and practiced for 16 years before becoming interested in the insolvency field. In 1983, he began providing insolvency services and became more and more aware of the personal and emotional toll of debt. Zoe Smith is an estate planning and administration lawyer at Nakano Smith Law Group in Oakville.
